OEM Programs at Sullivan Products

OEM Programs at Sullivan Products makes all of Sullivan’s quality components are available separately in bulk quantities at competitive prices. For kit manufacturers, we offer any of our parts packed in any combination (or loose) priced by quantity. In addition, we custom fabricate special versions of many of our components for unique needs. In other industries we can package in bulk or preassemble as needed.

You can get price quotes by calling our office at 410-732-3500 (M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM EST), or by emailing sales@sullivanproducts.com. You will need to let us know the exact components desired, how they are to be packed, and in what quantity. For example, you may want a 6 ounce tank packed with all hardware except the nylon tube, packed in a bag with no header so it is ready to toss into a kit. We can then give you pricing on quantities of 250, 500 and so on. Or, you may simply want individual parts, such as 2-56 Gold-N-Clevises, in quantity.

We can also custom pack and/or custom label normal consumer products for special market needs.

About Sullivan Products

Sullivan Product’s manufacturing plant and office is located in Baltimore, Maryland.  The plant is conveniently located near a major shipping port (Baltimore), rail, trucking routes, and the BWI airport.

How We Began

The company was founded by Matthew Sullivan in the 1940s. The company’s first products were lines, handles and connectors for control line flying. We still make many of those products today. A bricklayer by trade, “Matty” soon achieved enough success to make model product manufacturing his sole occupation. He was very active in the business up until his death in 1980.

As Radio Control became practical, Sullivan pioneered electric Starters, plastic fuel tanks and an improved control rod (Gold-N-Rod). Today, Sullivan is still the leading worldwide manufacturer of those product lines. The Sullivan family of products includes Harry Higley and Perfect Parts.
