Sullivan Return Policy

 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Change your mind? We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased within 30 days. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Please E-Mail ahead for return authorization to get an RMA number. Packages without a valid assigned RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused. We do not accept returns via COD. All returns must be authorized by Sullivan Products via phone or email prior to sending items back.

We will accept RMA’s up to 20 days after an RMA number is issued. International customers may take up 30 days to return merchandise.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped within the state of Maryland will be charged sales tax at a rate of 6.0%.

LOST PACKAGES

In the event you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please contact your local post office or Customs Office. In most cases, the package may be waiting to be picked up. You can track the status of your package at USPS.com, FedEx.com, or UPS.com.  The delivery confirmation number is provided in your shipment notification email.

If it is determined that the package is lost, you will be required to sign a loss affidavit and authorize a Postal investigation on your behalf. We must also wait a minimum of 30 days for any package shipped through USPS before we can replace your order.

If you provided an inaccurate address or did not pick up your package, your package will be returned to us. This will result in you incurring  additional shipping fees. Please be certain that the information you provide is correct.;  Contact Customer Support immediately if you have made an error.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If the item(s) you wish to return is in-operable, it may be defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we will accept it back for exchange. Please contact us before taking any action. Do not attempt any self-repair or modify a defective item, doing so will void your warranty and your ability to return the item. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs for warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED RETURNS

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please E-Mail or call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away and take photos if possible.
